  1. How much money will I earn? That depends on you and the amount of time and
    effort you put into your business. Realtors® are typically commission based.
    Compass has a very attractive compensation package for our agents.
  2. How do I get my Real Estate License? You can get information on how to obtain
    a real estate license by visiting the Indiana Real Estate Commission or the Kentucky
    Real Estate Commission websites.
  3. What are some of my out-of-pocket expenses? This all depends on the
    compensation package from the Broker. Typically an agent will be responsible for
    the following:
Annual membership dues to the National and Local Trade Associations
Annual Errors and Omissions Insurance
Personal marketing materials not provided by the broker
Desk and/or franchise fees; depending  on which Real Estate Brokerage you
go work for
Continuing Education
  1. Am I classified as an employee or as an independent contractor? Agents with
    Compass are always treated as independent contractors. Compass does not
    withhold payroll taxes from an agent's commission check.

About the Brokers
Kyle Wohrle began his career in 2003 as an agent with Re/Max
Advantage. He passed his Broker examination in 2004 and
obtained his Indiana real estate teaching license in 2006. Kyle
became managing partner of Compass Realtors® in 2009.

Kyle holds the ABR and SFR designation and is a preferred
Fannie Mae listing broker for Southern Indiana. He also serves
on the MLS committee as well as the Professional Standards
Committee.

Kyle is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky.
Chuck Fugate also began his career in 2003 as an agent with
Harrison Realty. Chuck passed his Broker exam in 2005 and
opened First Choice Realty of Kentuckiana. As part of his
strategic plan, Chuck teamed up with Kyle and changed the
name from first Choice to Compass.

Chuck holds the ABR, CRS, GRI, and SFR designations and is a
preferred agent for Wells Fargo. Chuck serves on the Southern
Indiana Grievance committee and also serves on the MLS
committee.

Chuck is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky.
